feat(scheduling): port seller and staff scheduling workflows

Add store-scoped seller commands, invitation continuation, schedule settings and publication, staff clock and breaks, timesheet corrections and payroll export UI. Include generated contracts, regression coverage and isolated real-API E2E harness.
