Seller represents to Platos Closet (the 'Company'):

• A) Seller lawfully owns the items.
• B) Seller has disclosed known defects in the items.

Seller represents and warrants that each designer item is authentic and not a replica, knock-off or counterfeit. Seller agrees that seller is solely responsible for the authenticity of designer items and agrees to reimburse the Company for any items purchased by the Company that are subsequently determined to be a replica, fake, reproduction, knock-off or counterfeit. C) The Company provides mobile text alerts under various programs (the 'Services'). By using the Services, you agree to to be bound by these terms and conditions. Text messaging is not available on all carriers and we will not be liable for delays in delivery of messages. You agree that the cell phone number you enter in the Services is registered in your name and you will not initiate messages to the cell phone of any other person or entity.

You will receive up to one message per transaction you initiate under the Services. Message and data rates may apply. You agree to reply STOP to any message if you wish to opt-out and no longer receive our alerts.

Items not picked up today will be donated to charity, except you will receive STORE CREDIT for any items we select for purchase.
