# QuickBooks Dashboard

The QuickBooks dashboard is the control center for the integration. It shows connection health, pending work, recent sync activity, and items that need attention.

## Header Status

The header shows the current connection state and important counts.

Use it to answer:

- Is this store connected to QuickBooks?
- Are there entries waiting for approval?
- Has the system synced recently?
- Is there a current error that needs action?

## Attention Panel

The attention panel highlights work that should be handled soon.

Common items include:

- Pending approvals.
- Failed sync attempts.
- Missing mappings.
- Authentication or token issues.

Start here when a customer says QuickBooks is not up to date.

## Activity Feed

The dashboard activity feed shows recent QuickBooks-related events.

The activity feed can include:

- Sync attempts.
- Approval actions.
- Posting results.
- Errors.
- Configuration changes.

Use filters to narrow dashboard activity.

## How to Use the Dashboard Daily

1. Check the connected status.
2. Review the attention panel.
3. Open the approval queue if entries are pending.
4. Open the sync log if a sync failed.
5. Use the audit log when you need to know who changed or approved something.
