Once Upon A Child Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Sell

By signing below, I represent and warrant that:

• I am the legal owner of all items I am selling and have full authority to sell them
• All items are free of any liens, claims, security interests, or encumbrances
• All items have been checked against current product recalls and are safe for use
• No items have been reported as stolen property

Product Safety

I understand that Once Upon A Child prioritizes child safety. All items must meet current safety standards and may not be recalled products. I acknowledge that recalled items will not be accepted.

Pricing and Payment

I understand and agree that:

• Once Upon A Child will evaluate my items based on current styles, condition, brand demand, and local market factors
• I am not obligated to sell any items and may retrieve declined items
• Prices offered are at Once Upon A Child's sole discretion
• Payment will be made at the time of purchase for accepted items

Declined Items

Items not purchased must be retrieved within 7 days. After this period, unclaimed items become property of Once Upon A Child and may be donated or discarded.

Release of Liability

I release Once Upon A Child from any liability related to items I have sold or left for evaluation.

By signing below, I confirm I have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions.
